Scrumptious Banana Bread

       Have you ever wanted to make an easy, scrumptious banana bread? Look no further. I really enjoy this recipe because of its simplicity; however, it still is an exquisite delicacy.

      First, preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Second, grease a 9×5 bread pan (Crisco is what I normally use). Third, stir flour, baking soda and salt together in a big bowl.

      Then, mix brown sugar and butter in a separate bowl until creamy. Combine eggs and bananas with the butter and sugar. Next, add with the dry ingredients and mix lightly with a handheld mixer or by hand. Pour batter into lightly-greased bread pan.

      Bake for 55 minutes. To check if done, stick a toothpick in several places. If it is thoroughly cooked, the toothpick will come out with nothing on it at least once. Afterwards, let cool for twenty minutes. Then remove from the pan if desired to slice; though, I normally leave it in the pan.

     I hope you try making this easy recipe. It is a wonderful snack for a scenic hike or just to eat by a blazing fireplace. It also makes a wonderful breakfast. Happy cooking.
