Katelyn Correa, Writer
I am a sophomore here at Seward High School. This is my first year in journalism, and language arts is my favorite class. I love to read and write, which is why I joined this class. Also, I want to possibly write for a large newspaper in the future and I thought that journalism would be a great way to get a feel for it.
I play volleyball and am considering soccer. I have played for two years and plan on attempting to continue in college. Speaking of college, I am going to be studying medicine and biology to become a pediatrician. My plans might change, but as of now that is what I am working towards. I love to travel. The main goals on my bucket list relate to traveling to exotic places; especially those in Europe. I am a part of the YoungLife program and in march I will hopefully be traveling to Washington Family Ranch in Oregon for one month to volunteer on work crew.
I don’t have many important achievements, but one might include designing the Seward flag.
