Lydia Jacoby, Writer/Editor
Hey guys! For those of you who don’t know me, I’m Lydia. I’m super excited to be joining the journalism team once again for my final year at Seward High School! I’ve lived in Seward my entire life, but next year I will be attending University of Texas to swim and study down in Austin. I spent the last summer in Tokyo, Japan at the 2020ne Olympic Games as a member of Team USA’s swim squad, and came home with a gold in the 100 m breastroke and a silver in the womens 4×100 m medley relay. When I’m not in the pool you can usually find me at my favorite coffee place, Rez Art, drinking a london fog and listening to music. In my downtime I enjoy singing, photography, art, and anything to do with fashion. Previously at SHS Today I was the writer of the Decades Column as well as one of the photographers for Question of the Week. This year, I’m not entirely sure what I’ll be up to, but keep checking back to see what we come up with :)
